Building on the success of our term time series, we’re inviting you to spend five meditative evenings with us this summer. The aim of these classes is to create a safe space for teens to gather and enjoy vibrant conversation while they craft.

On the first evening, we will pool the group for podcast or playlist preferences, so we have something to listen to while we craft. Each night we’ll gather materials for collage, flat-felting, beading, sculpting polymer clay, or working with resin. Students are invited to choose whichever project and medium that sparks joy in the allotted time. Christianne will guide the group in selecting the perfect tools for their piece, with the gentle understanding that artistic goals may change over the course of the week. 

Fear not, there will also be opportunities to take materials home for finishing if your teen’s creative eyes are bigger than their crafting bellies. These crafts are best practiced with patience, but don’t worry if that’s in short supply -- we’ll take plenty of breaks to cozy up with hot chocolate, and fuel ourselves with delectable treats.
