Andy Li
Andy Li is so much more than an experienced registered massage therapist at True Health Studio. He intentionally tailors his treatments to each individuals’ specific needs based on their presentation, history, and lifestyle for optimal care and to facilitate ones’ own healing.
Outside of the important healing work he does, Andy enjoys many creative endeavours (painting, tennis, powerlifting, and snowboarding), but his true mental health recharge is leaving work behind to spend an hour or two at his local urban green space. Andy practices presence and stillness, sitting until he becomes one with his surroundings, capturing incredible images that represent a specific and fleeting moment in time. His wildlife photography gives the audience an insight into a world that is inextricably linked to ours, and yet a world we don’t often take time from our tech driven lives to interact with. You can’t help but drop your jaw in awe as you observe his work up close.
Andy has been bringing his two young daughters to Lyceum programming since they were tots, and yet we knew nothing of his talents as a nature photographer. We are so excited to further strengthen our connection with Andy in our next home learners study pod.
